1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you register as a pakarcuci member, or from the date of the most recent update — whichever comes first. Continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

Pakarcuci reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the pakarcuci platform and are advised to stop immediately and contact our support team to close your account if needed.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use pakarcuci services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Using your real name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Having a valid Malaysian bank account in your own name.
• Not declared as exclusively exempting oneself from online gaming.
• Register only one account only per individual, home address, IP address, device, or phone number.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. pakarcuci reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your pakarcuci username and password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone — including family members. pakarcuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.

Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered as carried out by you. pakarcuci is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at pakarcuci must use a valid payment method registered under the same member's name. pakarcuci does not accept deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly via FPX, bank transfer, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay).
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit for accounts that have completed KYC.
• Funds will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 30,000 for standard accounts; VIP accounts enjoy higher limits.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically within 3 minutes for verified accounts.
• Pakarcuci does not charge processing fees for withdrawals.
• Winnings from your own deposited funds (not bonuses) can be withdrawn without any rollover requirement.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Pakarcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In general, the following conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus one time only unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players or directly converted to cash.
• Pakarcuci reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Rollover requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover for the first deposit bonus is 5x the bonus amount received.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period.

Pakarcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Any bonus-related disputes will be resolved at pakarcuci's sole discretion, and our decision is final.

6Game Rules

All games offered at pakarcuci use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, affected bets will be returned to the player's account.
• Pakarcuci is not liable for losses resulting from a player's unstable internet connection.
• Confirmed and settled bets cannot be cancelled.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found on that game's information page.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the server records, the server records shall serve as the final reference.

7Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pakarcuci. Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund:

• Registering more than one account to abuse bonus terms.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or conduct transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving rudely toward staff or other players.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Pakarcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause. Reasons that may result in suspension include:

• Violation of any rules stated in this Terms and Conditions document.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Account closure requested by the player for responsible gaming reasons.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed for a legitimate reason (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be returned to your bank account within 7 working days after the review process is complete.

9Limitation of Liability

Pakarcuci provides its online gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors.

Pakarcuci is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the player's internet connection or device issues.
• Losses caused by unauthorised account access due to player negligence.
• Valid game results that have been correctly processed by the RNG system.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services in a given country.

In all circumstances, pakarcuci's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

Pakarcuci takes responsible gaming seriously and ensures all members play within healthy limits. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not a primary income source or a solution to financial difficulties.

Pakarcuci provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — Set a maximum deposit amount you can make within a specified period.
• Play Time Limits — Limit your daily playing time.
• Self-Break — Temporarily suspend access to your account (1 day to 6 months).

11Terms Amendment

Pakarcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

For amendments involving material changes to player rights — such as changes to withdrawal policies or bonus terms — pakarcuci will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
